Ebunoluwa Adeniran is an Associate and member of the Commercial Intellectual Property and Data Protection Practice groups and a member of the Firm’s Health and Pharmaceuticals sector.
Ebunoluwa’s keen aptitude at critical thinking and problem solving earned her First-Class Honours in her LL.B degree at the University of Kent. She continually applies these skills in providing value as a member of the firm’s Commercial Intellectual Property practice where she advises clients on the identification, protection and exploitation of their intellectual property rights and provides general legal support.
Within the Data Protection practice group, she advises clients on data protection issues and compliance with applicable data protection laws. She has gathered demonstrable experience in data protection from a government-servicing perspective in working as a part of the team that conducted data audits for the executive arm of a State Government. She has also worked within the team that negotiated the licensing of a Nigerian television show to an international Television distribution network. Ebun worked as a part of the Data Protection team which worked with a top Nigerian finance corporation in carrying out its internal data protection compliance drives. She routinely works with the team to conduct Data Protection trainings for leading organizations.
