    Abdulhafeez Mohammad is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of the Firm.

    His practice within the Commercial Litigation Unit of the department focuses on trial court and appellate court practice, and he has over 8 years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner. Through the years, he has represented both corporate and individual clients in various superior courts of records in Nigeria, especially in areas of civil and criminal litigation.  He works with the team in issuing advisory opinions on core issues on commercial disputes, Labour and Employment, debt recovery and claims in criminal and civil proceedings

    He is a member of the Firm’s Public Sector and has experience in constitutional and electoral disputes in his formative years of practice, representing clients at election petition tribunals and at appellate courts in Nigeria. He has published Journal articles on civil procedure and holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Ilorin. Abdulhafeez is an experienced legal practitioner, well-known and sought out for his commercial acumen, and regularly advises on commercial and constitutional disputes. Part of his Recent works has involved company proceedings, cases on breach of contract, negligence claims, debt recovery and industrial disputes. His drive to help clients resolve their disputes involves breaking down complex legal issues and finding practical solutions that meet the client’s needs.
