The Nigerian Data Protection Bill Has now been signed into law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Consequently, the Nigeria Data Protection Bureau becomes the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Other Nigerian Data Protection Regulation stipulations were maintained with some new introductions that Jackson Etti & Edu will review soon.
