She has led her team to carry several intellectual property audit exercises on complex IP portfolios, including those of one of Africa’s leading telecommunications companies.  

Ngozi’s Data Protection expertise is reflected in her track record of advising clients on some of the most convoluted data processing scenarios, ensuring that clients can make commercial uses of critical data without compromising on data privacy rules. Along with her team members, Ngozi has conducted and supervised over 120 data audit projects for clients. She masterfully drafts privacy documentation for blue-chip companies and has earned the confidence of foreign and local clients.  Clients rely on her experience to   navigating the tricky issues around data breach preventions and notifications, thereby mitigating regulatory and commercial risks.

She  has acted as Production Counsel on several highly rated film projects, including the first Amazon Original project commissioned in Nigeria.  She is particularly driven to help creatives and corporates achieve the best commercial and strategic value from their IP rights.
