  • Overview

    Chidozie is an Associate in the Firm’s Banking and Finance Practice and a member of the Financial Services Sector.

    He routinely advises financial institutions on bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, and regulatory compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, which affect the financial sector to the admiration of clients.

    He is a Labour Law specialist, who brings to bear his experience and finesse in advising local and international clients on labor and industrial relations disputes bordering on suspension, termination, redundancy, and trade union disputes.
