He also provides regulatory advisory and compliance representation for corporates before regulators like the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Council (FCCPC), Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance, National Agency for Food and Drug Commission (NAFDAC) amongst others.

Chukwukelo provides transactional support to the Corporate, Merger and Acquisition team and Business Regulatory & Advisory Unit of the firm. He conveniently combines his commercial awareness, knowledge of Intellectual Property law and Brand protection in engaging with and deploying relevant Government agencies in the enforcement of anti-counterfeiting measures for companies, brands and products.
