She also has vast experience in Corporate Commercial Law and Real Estate. With a keen focus on the identification and safeguarding of intellectual property rights and related interests, she ensures comprehensive protection of valuable intellectual assets and associated commercial rights.

Itohan is a chartered secretary, a governance specialist and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Apart from her professional expertise, Itohan is deeply committed to addressing societal issues and making a positive impact. She channels her passion and dedication through her personally organized bimonthly conversations on social issues, titled “CONVERSATION WITH BORN TO WIN.” This platform allows her to engage with diverse stakeholders and explore practical solutions to pressing social challenges.

Recognizing the importance of community engagement, Itohan actively volunteers for the Africa Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), contributing her legal knowledge and expertise to support the organization’s initiatives.
