Joshua Moses

Joshua is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Commercial department, Energy & Projects practice team, and the Energy & Infrastructure Sector.

He routinely provides transaction advisory on energy and infrastructure projects. He has drafted and negotiated complex agreements, including Crude Handling Agreements, EPC contracts, Operation & Maintenance Agreements, Joint Venture agreements, etc., for indigenous and international oil and gas companies. In addition, Joshua has advised on developing and financing a modular refinery and marginal field developments.

In the infrastructure space, Joshua possesses a unique understanding of the Public Private Partnership regime both at the national and sub-national level, having advised on the concession of federal highways under the Highway Development and Management Initiative and other PPP projects at the state level.

He provides regulatory compliance advisory to oil and gas companies, specifically regarding the Nigerian Oil & Gas Content Development Act 2010 and the Petroleum Industry Act 2021.
