The Nigerian Trademark’s Registry recently released the latest edition of the Trademark Journal Vol 1 No 5, dated 10th September, 2020. The 2-month opposition period within which interested parties may file notices of opposition starts from 10th September, 2020 to 10th November, 2020. This period is non-extendable.
