Yeye Nwidaa is a Partner and head of Regulatory, Compliance & Governance in the Firm. She also doubles as Co-Sector Head of the Technology, Media & Entertainment Sectors.

She is a chartered secretary, a governance specialist and a member of The Chartered Governance Institute of the United Kingdom (ICSA). 

Her diplomacy and legal talents serve clients well in the Firm’s Business Regulatory, Compliance and Governance Practice that Yeye oversees, where she provides legal advisory services on business compliance and regulatory issues concerning founding and running businesses in Nigeria involving foreign investors and local companies. 

Yeye also provides clients with advice on corporate governance, the rules on listing and disclosure for public companies, and sector-specific regulations and licensing. She is a seasoned company secretary and provides company secretarial services to companies in Nigeria’s public and private sectors. She has a proven track record in assisting distressed companies to navigate the regulatory terrain in Nigeria. Understandably successfully, Yeye is invited to Company Secretary roles in both public and private sector companies in Nigeria.
