We are pleased to announce that Uwa Ohiku, Partner and Head of our IP Practice, has been appointed as a Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) Expert by Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NIRA).

The Nigeria Internet Registration Association oversees the top level domain name dot ng. Registration of domain names are handled by NIRA certified registrars. NIRA uses the Registry-Registrar-Registrant model in operating and managing the .ng internet country code top-level domain for the country Nigeria.

Uwa is also a WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) Domain Names Dispute Resolution Panelist.
