With over 30 years of experience, he excels at transforming complex legal challenges into actionable strategies that drive value for clients across various sectors. Koye has played a pivotal role in Nigeria's most impactful transactions, including advising on major deals such as the sale of the Nigerian Federal Government's interest in Capital Hotel Plc and the acquisition of assets by Ecobank Plc and Afribank Plc.

His expertise in Project Development and Finance has been instrumental in significant projects, including a US$240 million syndicated loan for a telecommunications company. Koye's ability to provide sound business advice has driven growth and innovation in industries such as telecoms, transport, energy, and real estate.
