Analysis of the Jurisdiction of the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (“FCCPA”) establishes the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) to adjudicate over conducts prohibited under the FCCPA.

The Tribunal will be made up of a chairman and six other members with experience in the fields of competition, consumer protection, commercial law, and industrial law, amongst others.
