Kunle specializes in Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Taxation, with a proven track record of advising on high-level debt and equity issuance transactions, including Private Placements, Right Issues, Public Offers, and Bond Issuance.
He has also advised on significant Private Equity and M&A deals in the banking, insurance, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. Notably, he was involved in the acquisition of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc by a consortium of private equity firms, which was recognized as the largest private equity deal in Sub-Saharan Africa in 2013.
Kunle has been consistently recognized in the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 1000 since 2019 for his exceptional work.
