Mariam Akinyemi

Mariam Olayinka Akinyemi is a Managing Associate and Team Lead in JEE’s Regulatory, Compliance & Governance Practice, where clients benefit from her considerable expertise in Company Secretarial; Corporate Governance; Legal & Regulatory Compliance; Legal Advisory; Corporate Restructuring; and Mergers & Acquisitions.  

As Team Lead, Compliance and Governance Services, she has the ultimate responsibility of ensuring excellent service delivery to the firm’s local and international portfolio of Company Secretarial clients, which span several sectors, including financial services, hospitality, health, energy & infrastructure, education, agriculture, manufacturing, and technology.  

Mariam is involved with coordinating meetings of diverse companies (Private, Public, Incorporated Trustees etc) and supporting the Board and Management in achieving efficient management and administration of the Company.
