Taiwo specialises in advising clients on strategic approaches to safeguard their trademarks and intellectual assets in an ever-evolving legal landscape across Africa. His expertise spans multiple African jurisdictions, including the OAPI and ARIPO, where he conducts comprehensive availability searches, manages client correspondence, and collaborates with trademark agents to ensure timely and effective trademark prosecution. He also provides trademark watch services, ensuring clients are promptly informed of potential risks and emerging infringements. 

 
JEE sends Taiwo as its ambassador to international Intellectual Property Association meetings, including the FICPI (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys); ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association); and INTA (International Trademark Association). This provides a ringside seat for all global IP developments while contributing to initiatives that impact developing countries. 

Beyond managing IP portfolios, Taiwo supports business development strategies, working closely with the business development team to enhance client acquisition and retention. He also has decades of experience as a creative writer, with a flair for ghostwriting.
