Anthony Nwabuike

Anthony Nwabuike is a valued Associate in JEE’s Banking & Finance and Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Practices, where his talent for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Arbitration guides clients to swift and positive outcomes. 

Anthony provides strategic advice to both local and international businesses, including financial institutions, on a diverse range of financing transactions, such as trade finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he offers expert guidance to financial institutions and corporate clients on ensuring compliance with the regulations and requirements of the Central Bank of Nigeria and other relevant regulatory bodies. 

Anthony is deeply committed to the art of Arbitration and is a Member of The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, International Council for Commercial Arbitration, and London Court of International Arbitration.  

He also has a great interest in ESG and its relationship to corporate finance, and since his student days has volunteered at the University of Nigeria Law Clinic section on Human Rights – which offers free legal advice to the public – where he has also served as the Director of Lectures on Human Rights.
