Victor Ike

Victor advises and represents global brand owners on IP matters in Nigeria and Africa. As a key member of the Brand Protection & Anti-counterfeiting Unit, he handles high-stakes enforcement cases across sectors like FMCG, Health, and Pharmaceuticals. Victor leads teams in developing anti-counterfeiting strategies for well-known brands, utilizing his knowledge of Nigerian markets and regulatory relationships to navigate enforcement challenges leveraging modern tools to combat counterfeiting and enhance brand value.

Victor is a NITDA Scholar pursuing an LL.M in Cyber Law, exploring tech intersections with brand protection. He's a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and serves on the Intellectual Property Committee of the NBA Section on Business Law.
