Abdulhafeez Mohammad is a Managing Associate in the General Commercial Practice Unit at the Firm, bringing over 13 years of post-call experience spanning commercial advisory, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Having established a robust background in complex commercial litigation and dispute management, Abdulhafeez now focuses his practice on general commercial law, advising multinational corporations, conglomerates, and high-growth entities on high-value commercial transactions, strategic contracts, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Jackson, Etti & Edu, he served as Senior In-House Legal Specialist for one of Africa’s leading industrial conglomerates, where he managed critical litigation risks, contract drafting and negotiations, maritime liability claims and regulatory compliance across operating entities. His extensive dispute resolution background gives him a distinct advantage in commercial practice, enabling him to proactively identify operational risks, structure resilient contracts, and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned advice that safeguards client interests.

Outside of his legal practice, Abdulhafeez is an avid chess player and enjoys conversations around artificial intelligence.
