He is a consummate Lawyer with significant practical experience providing legal advisory support to diverse clients across the Oil and Gas, Power, and Maritime Sectors.
Donald Attah holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
Before joining Jackson, Etti and Edu, he worked as a Legal Officer at an indigenous Oil and Gas Company wherein he handled several transactions, including but not limited to advising the company on the sale and financing of Oil and Gas assets, drafting and reviewing Oil Servicing Agreements; Sub-contracting Agreements; Technical Partnership Agreements, among others. Donald has a few publications beneath his belt, some of which border on the Petroleum Industry Act, Local Content in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, and the Nigerian Power sector.
His interest spans across diverse areas of Law and its practice. However, he has a keen interest in Oil and Gas, Power, and Infrastructure.
While his professional experience affords him a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate leadership and interpersonal abilities, Donald excels at getting results.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).
