Priscilla Ufete

Priscilla is an integral member of the firm’s trademark opposition unit, under which she represents clients on contentious administrative and quasi-judicial trademark opposition proceedings before the Registrar of Trademarks. She is also instrumental in various settlement discussions involving the client’s trademarks.

Priscilla has also been involved in various Intellectual Property Litigation and enforcement actions in Nigeria before the Nigerian courts and administrative panels/tribunals at the Intellectual Property Office. Priscilla regularly provides legal advice to local and international clients on the enforcement of their IP rights in Nigeria and on modalities for the protection of their trademarks. 

Priscilla is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association- Section on Business Law and in the Intellectual Property, Sports, Media and Entertainment and Technology Committees. 

In her spare time, she enjoys singing, playing chess and football and is a member of the NBA Lagos Female Football Team.
