Her experience spans the full lifecycle of complex transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, regulatory approvals, completion mechanics and post-completion implementation. She regularly advises clients on regulatory matters involving the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), National Pension Commission (PenCom) and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
