David is a Trainee Associate in the Graduate Recruitment Programme at Jackson, Etti & Edu, where he has undergone structured training across the firm's Regulatory Compliance & Governance, Litigation, and Intellectual Property practice groups. He is currently a member of the Corporate Commercial Department, where he is developing experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025, David completed his legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Port Harcourt and was awarded the Prince Bola Ajibola Civil Litigation Prize in recognition of his outstanding performance in Civil Litigation. He holds an LL. B from Obafemi Awolowo University. David combines strong legal research and drafting skills with a keen interest in complex commercial transactions and continues to develop his expertise in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, through his practice at Jackson, Etti & Edu
