Janet is a lawyer in the Graduate Recruitment Programme at Jackson, Etti & Edu. Her work spans transactional, advisory and contentious matters, giving her a broad perspective on the legal and commercial issues that shape business decisions.
Her experience includes corporate and financing transactions, intellectual property portfolio management, regulatory compliance and governance matters, data protection advisory and dispute resolution. Her contentious work has included brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property disputes. Across these areas, her work stands out for the depth of her analysis and her ability to see beyond the immediate legal question to what it means for the client’s business.
Janet was the Best Graduating Student in the College of Law at Joseph Ayo Babalola University and later earned First Class Honours at the Nigerian Law School, receiving awards for her academic performance.
