With extensive experience in advising clients on the identification and strategic exploitation of IP rights, she expertly negotiates IP deals and meticulously drafts and reviews documentation for IP transactions.  Recognized for her strategic, detail-oriented approach to legal advisory, bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical experience across multiple industries. 

She has served as production counsel for multiple film projects with industry leaders such as Greoh Studios, Inkblot Productions, and Cinemax Distribution. Her work ensures the legal integrity of creative projects, protecting the interests of stakeholders throughout the production process. 

On data protection, Kodichi holds a CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
