She holds an LLM in International Energy Law and Policy from the prestigious Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mining Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee. Her experience in energy projects includes negotiating multi-faceted transactions and drafting the requisite legal and contractual documentation in product sharing contracts, crude purchase and handling, marginal field, development, operation and maintenance, refinery development, power procurement, gas plant installation & commissioning, gas sales & purchase, crude & gas storage infrastructure development transactions, providing legal advisory services on corporate structuring of entities involved in these transactions and advising on a wide range of general commercial matters.

Her breadth of experience extends to managing the legal portfolio of Baker Hughes Company Limited, an oil servicing company as Operations Counsel for West Africa Geomarket. She stands out for her thorough research skills and passion to meet the needs of clients which she brings to bear in providing bespoke solutions to corporates on a wide range of commercial issues that affect the core of their businesses.

She was recently awarded the “Rising Star Award” in the 40 under 40 category of the ESQ Nigeria Legal Awards and ranked as a “Notable Practitioner” in the 2024 IFLR1000 rankings.
