BIOGRAPHY
Her practice centers on company secretarial work, corporate governance advisory, and regulatory compliance. She has advised boards across a range of industries on governance structure, policy drafting and review, and director recruitment, and regularly conducts board and corporate governance audits to help organizations assess and strengthen how they govern themselves. Her work gives clients practical clarity on their regulatory obligations, backed by a clear view of what strong governance looks like in practice.
She is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a member of Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WimBiz), and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Lagos.
