In the area of intellectual property, Sharon advises on trademark protection and enforcement strategies, and has experience handling trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademarks Registry. She supports clients in safeguarding their brand assets, managing intellectual property portfolios, and navigating contentious IP matters
She has represented clients before superior courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies across Nigeria, and is recognised for her analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.
Sharon has a growing interest in anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism (AML/CFT), as well as medico-legal practice, and is committed to developing expertise in these evolving areas of law.
