Yeye is a Chartered Secretary and Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK. She provides company secretarial services, regulatory compliance structuring, and advises on corporate governance, public company disclosure requirements, and licensing. Yeye helps businesses navigate Nigeria's sector-specific regulatory frameworks and maintain good corporate governance
She also advises on competition law matters, including market conduct and pricing practices under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), with a growing interest in the intersection of competition law and other legal regimes.
As the overseer of the firm’s Fintech practice group, Yeye holds a Harvard certification in Fintech and advises companies in the financial technology and digital services sectors on licensing, compliance, and regulatory issues.
