She is a Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK. Her work covers company secretarial services, public company disclosure requirements, regulatory licensing, and compliance structuring. Yeye regularly supports businesses, particularly those expanding into or operating within Nigeria, to navigate sector-specific regulatory frameworks and maintain good corporate governance.
Yeye also advises on competition law matters, including market conduct, pricing practices, and regulatory obligations under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA). She has a growing interest in the interface between competition law and other legal regimes. She has undertaken postgraduate research on abuse of dominance and pricing issues in Nigeria’s regulated markets.
In addition, Yeye oversees the firm’s fintech practice group. She holds a Harvard certification in fintech and advises companies in the financial technology and digital services sectors on licensing and compliance, with a focus on regulatory clarity, business continuity, and cross-border issues.
She has also supported clients undergoing regulatory remediation, business restructuring, and governance reform. In such mandates, clients often invite her to serve in company secretarial or governance advisory capacities. Her work is valued for its practical, solutions-oriented approach.
