Asamah Kadiri is a highly accomplished lawyer with a strong educational background, holding an LL.B from the University of Benin, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, an LL.M in International Business Law from Boston University School of Law, and an advanced Practice Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Oxford University and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an Accredited Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
With extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, and insolvency, Asamah has acted as Lead Counsel in high-profile litigation matters across various Nigerian courts. He is a practicing Arbitrator and Mediator, providing legal representation and sitting as an Arbitrator or Mediator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
