Throughout her career, Bolanle has played key roles in the administration and oversight of trust structures linked to collective investment schemes, debt issuances, security arrangements, and private trusts. Her experience includes reviewing transaction documentation for sovereign and sub-national capital market transactions, administering trust arrangements for mutual funds and investment vehicles, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and contractual obligations.
