Caleb Agyoh is a member of the firm's General Corporate Commercial Practice with a focus on real estate, infrastructure, and corporate commercial law. He advises developers, institutional investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex real estate and commercial transactions across Nigeria, delivering practical legal solutions that align with clients' strategic and commercial objectives.

His real estate practice spans the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposal of high-value residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Caleb regularly advises on legal due diligence, title verification, regulatory compliance, and the perfection of land interests at both the federal and state levels, guiding clients through every stage of the transaction lifecycle—from structuring and documentation to completion and post-completion title perfection.

Caleb also has significant experience advising on infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including government concessions and large-scale development initiatives at both the federal and sub-national levels. He provides strategic advice on the legal and regulatory frameworks governing project development, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, allocate risk effectively, and deliver bankable infrastructure transactions.
