Nander Ndam

Nander is a result-oriented Associate of the Firm, with experience in Dispute Resolution, Data Audit, Corporate Commercial as well as Regulatory and Compliance.

Nander has represented National and International clients in different Courts of record including the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Nander also represents Clients before Tribunals, and ADR platforms, including the Trademark Tribunal and arbitral proceedings.

She draws from her experience in interfacing with Arms of Government, Government Agencies, and Parastatals to render advisory to clients. Nander is an integral part of the African Continental Free Trade Area Committee and the FMCG Sector of the Firm.

Nander holds a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious University of Jos, is an Associate at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and is a Member of the NBA Section on Business Law.
