Oloruntobi advises and represents technology clients in contentious matters, including contractual disputes, data claims, and emerging tech issues. She excels in high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution, navigating complex legal challenges. With a strong IP law background, she adds value to disputes involving innovation and IP-driven assets. 

Oloruntobi is also a key member of the Brand Protection practice leveraging her industry expertise across multiple areas.

Oloruntobi is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and sits on the Legislation & Regulations Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Her expertise is internationally recognized by publications like The Legal 500, World IP Review, and World Trademark Review. As a respected thought leader and advocate, she champions women's advancement in the legal profession and corporate world.
