Taiwo Ogbara is driven by a passion for excellence in advocacy, representing diverse clients in high-stakes disputes involving debt recovery and insolvency, both locally and internationally, as well as corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, including shareholder disputes, banking, construction, tax, insurance, and energy matters.
As Team Lead for Commercial Litigation and Deputy Sector Head for Energy & Infrastructure at Jackson, Etti & Edu, Taiwo provides strategic leadership and direction, ensuring client-focused outcomes while deepening sector expertise. He also serves as Secretary of the Legislative Committee of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and Co-Chair of the Content and Program Committee of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICARB).
